Information Architecture & UX Logic

Timeline (Chronology)

Artifacts are presented in a chronological timeline, allowing visitors to understand historical context before visual exploration.

Spatial Mapping (Location-based UX)

Each artifact is linked to its physical location within the museum and its excavation site, creating a connection between space, origin, and history.

Museum Route System

A route feature was designed to guide visitors through the museum based on artifact types and floors, supporting both digital and physical navigation.

Visitor Experience Features

The website also supports practical visitor needs alongside exploration.

  • Online reservation

  • Upcoming exhibitions & events

  • Visit planning tools

Interactive Website Prototype

A walkthrough video demonstrating the core user flows, including timeline exploration, artifact locations, and museum navigation.
The prototype language is Turkish, as the project was designed for a local cultural institution.
